Q1 2019 Calendar Highlights
'Git & Go' Dinner: February 24TH
Sunday, February 24th in the Multi-Purpose building immediately following the 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services. Menu: neck bones, meatloaf, greens, loaded mashed potato casserole, cornbread and dessert - $12.00. Sponsored by the Pastor’s Aide Committee.
Open on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month in the Youth and Education Building during the 10:30 a.m. service.

Youth Trip to the National Civil Rights Museum: March 21st - 23rd
Parents, please sign up your young person up for travel to visit the Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, TN, March 21st through 23rd. This activity is for Youth ages 12 and up. Please see Kathy Nolan, Michelle Releford or Dahn Elam if you have any questions in the meantime. Registration Fee: $60 (covers all meals for 3 days). Parents, please also mark your calendars for an important meeting on Sunday, March 10th at 12:30 p.m. following 10:30 a.m. worship service in the Youth and Education Building. We will discuss the trip in more detail and will respond to any questions you may have during this meeting.

Holy Temple Baptist Church: Sunday, March 17th
The Prospect Church is invited to Holy Temple Baptist Church to support ther Entrance Celebration to be held on Sunday, March 17th @ 3:00 p.m. Pastor Cooper is bringing the message and the Prospect choir will sing. Everyone is asked to attend.
Catfish Friday: Throughout the Month of March
Every Friday during the month of March the Pastor’s Aid Committee is selling catfish dinners from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for $12.00 in the Multi-Purpose building. Dinner includes: catfish, 2 sides and a desert. With drink is dine in only. Call ahead orders and deliveries are available by calling the church at (405) 424-1795.
Saturday mornings @ 8:00 a.m. Open to all members and the community. Class is FREE!

Prospect Church Co-Sponsors Free Food Giveaway for 400 Families in Need
On Saturday, February 16th, the Prospect Church teamed up with non-profit organization Feed the Children, OKC's own Kimray Corporation and Church of the Harvest to provide food and other essentials for 400 families. The effort was completed within a 5-hour period from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and was indeed a blessing for those recipients throughout the OKC metro area.
Highlighting the effort were deliveries of 150 boxes of food and other essentials by the Prospect Men's Ministry to three senior and assisted living centers throughout northeast Oklahoma City: Atkins Gardens, Jeltz and McGuire Plaza.
